Where we ship We deliver to addresses in New Zealand and Australia.
Shipping cost Shipping is free on all orders to New Zealand and Australia.
Delivery times Our products are sent directly from our supplier partners in Australia. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–10 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote and rural areas may take longer. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
Customs, duties and taxes Australian orders are delivered within Australia, so no import charges apply. New Zealand orders are shipped from Australia. Orders with a total value under NZ$1,000 are not normally charged import duty. Orders over NZ$1,000 may be charged duty and other import charges by New Zealand Customs; if so, we will contact you before your order is dispatched.
Delayed, damaged or lost parcels If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated time, email us with your order number and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
